Fantastic product and service to match
We had a 3.5m by 5m garden room installed last month and we are delighted with the result. We are using it as a home gym and love the extra space it has given us! Our garden rooms are designed with high-quality insulation as standard to keep you warm all year round. What’s more, all of our garden rooms have a wall-mounted radiator included in the price, and we also have other optional heating upgrades for total temperature control.
The great news is that planning permission is generally not required for garden rooms! Garden rooms like ours are classed as ‘outbuildings’, which fall within your permitted development rights. Some properties and areas in the UK don’t have permitted development rights, so planning permission would be required. We can help with the planning application process on your behalf should you need it, taking care of the hassle for you. Find out more about planning permission here.
Yes, we can install partition walls in any of our larger-sized G Range garden rooms. Request a quick quote to get an idea of pricing for this.
Our windows and doors are double-glazed to BS7412 specification and feature tough Pilkington K double-glazing, which is both safe and thermally efficient.All windows and doors are fitted with high security (insurance grade) multi-point locks and bolts with a 5-lever locking system.

We offer a complete electrical connection from your house to the garden room at an additional cost, which will be confirmed at your design consultation. However, you are more than welcome to use your own preferred electrician for this.
